Each biscuit features a gentle affirmation or mindful word, as well as a QR code to access a recorded guided meditation, making them perfect for retreat goody bags, spiritual events, wellbeing workshops, weddings and conscious gatherings.
They can also be personalised with your own wording or names – for example for wedding favours, with your names and wedding date included.
Thoughtfully created with intention, these biscuits bring nourishment not just to the body, but to the mind and soul as well.

As a Reiki Master, I infuse each batch of biscuits with pure, calming Reiki energy before packaging.
This process involves setting an intention for peace, balance and emotional wellbein, before gently channelling Reiki into the biscuits with gratitude. The Reiki energy helps create a soothing, uplifting experience that brings a moment of stillness and presence to whoever receives them.
This is a subtle yet meaningful touch that sets these biscuits apart – a little dose of energetic nourishment to complement the physical treat.

– Each sealed biscuit can be packaged in an organza bag (with or without a reiki-infused crystal)
– A personalised guided meditation (instead of the standard relaxing guided meditation) can be written and recorded exclusively for your biscuits (access via a QR code on the packaging). This can be around a particular theme, such as Winter/Summer Solstice, Full/New moon, Empowerment, Manifestation, Seasons, Settings (eg forest) etc.

Best Before Date & Storage
Bicuits are baked fresh for your order, with a Best Before Date (BBD) of 2 weeks from baking, to ensure they are at optimal quality for your guests.
The BBD is marked on the ingredients label, on the back of the biscuit packaging.
Biscuits are supplied individually sealed in cellophane, and should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

Are the biscuits really infused with Reiki?
Yes. As a trained Reiki Master, I channel calming, balancing Reiki energy into each batch of biscuits with a clear intention of peace, grounding and emotional nourishment.
“We can also give Reiki to the foods we eat and drink, so they will be enriched with universal life energy. It is really a spiritual blessing of the foods. Since all matter has a certain vibrating frequency, we can increase this frequency through Reiki. What events are they suitable for?
These biscuits are ideal for yoga retreats, mindfulness workshops, spiritual gatherings, wellbeing events, corporate wellness days, weddings, bridal showers, conscious celebrations and more.
Can I choose the words on my biscuits?
Absolutely. You can select from my list of mindful words, or I can create custom words for your event theme or wedding. Please email me julie@julierogerson.com to discuss your requirements.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for large orders or busy periods. The more notice you are able to give, the more likely I am to have availability.
Payment is normally due in full when ordering, however you can pay a small deposit for orders placed over 4 weeks in advance, and then confirm details and pay the balance nearer to the time.
Biscuits are baked freshly for your order, with a Best Before Date of 2 weeks from date of baking – biscuits will be posted within 48 hours of baking, so you will normally have 10 days from receiving your order to the Best Before Date (please allow for slight delivery delays, particularly at busy times of the year – postage services used are normally 24 or 48 hour tracked).
Example of time frame for an event:
Day 1 (Monday) – Bake & Decorate
Day 2 (Tuesday) – Package & Post
Day 4 (Thursday) – Package received
Day 6-7 (Saturday/Sunday) – Event held – guest has 7 days remaining on BBD if taking the biscuit away with them
Are they suitable for goody bags or individual gifts?
Yes – each biscuit comes individually sealed in cellophane, making them perfect for guest gifts, welcome packs or place settings.
There is also the option to package in an organza bag (with the optional addition of a small crystal), making these beautifully presented gifts.
Note – minimum order is for 12 individually sealed biscuits.
Can you match colours to my colour scheme/theme?
Yes, I can create icing colours inspired by your brand, wedding palette or retreat theme – please note, these may not match identically, but I will get them as close as I can.
Do you offer delivery?
I currently offer UK delivery by post and local collection (I am based in Beverley, East Yorkshire).
For local events/weddings, I may be able to deliver to the venue – please enquire for more details.
Do they contain allergents?
These biscuits are baked using gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients and are suitable for vegan diets.
However, they cannot be claimed as allergen-free because they are made in a kitchen that handles allergens, and cross-contamination is possible.
Please be aware that these may not be suitable for people with medium/severe allergies or coeliac.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Julie –Â a Reiki Master, Transformational Life Coach and EFT Practitioner – PLUS (once upon a time) an award-winning baker and cake decorator.
For years, my world revolved around creating intricate wedding and celebration cakes. I poured my heart into every bake, but the true magic for me was never just in how something looked – it was in how it made people feel.
As my coaching and energy-healing work evolved, I began to see that the same intention I brought to my cakes – care, presence, beauty, comfort – could weave perfectly into the holistic path I walk today.
And that’s how my Reiki-Infused Mindful Biscuits were born.
They combine my creative roots with my soul-led purpose: to help people slow down, reconnect, breathe and feel nourished – not just in body, but in heart and energy too.
Each biscuit is handmade with the same attention to detail that once won awards… but now they’re also infused with Reiki energy, crafted mindfully and designed to carry calm, clarity and kindness into the spaces where they are shared.
