Hello, I’m Julie

My journey in helping cake decorators to learn how to become more confident, has led me to exploring other ways of improving mindset.

Mindfulness is an amazing practice, and one that can be easily fitted into small chunks throughout your day – perfect if (like me) you are always on the go!

Now that I have trained to become a Certified Mindful Meditation Practitioner, I am passionate about sharing Mindfulness with you, to show you how it can impact your life in such a positive way.
