What are the (in person) class timings for Mindful Meditation Course and how many sessions are included?

This course is made up of 4 x 90 minute (in person) classes

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings, 6.30 – 8.00pm

(please arrive 10-15 mintues before to get a drink and settle before starting)

Where are the classes held?

The classes will be held at:

Molescroft Pavillion, Beverley, HU17 7HT

We are in the small hall – enter through the main front doors, go down the corridor on the right and the room is at the bottom of the corridor.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, the pavilion has its’ own car park

For SatNavs, use postcode HU17 7HT which will take you to a street called The Croft – the car park is accessed by a narrow road on the right part way down the cul-de-sac

I have no prior experience with mindfulness or meditation. Will this program be suitable for beginners?

Yes absolutely!

These classes are easy to follow, and suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience/knowledge of mindfulness/meditation.

Can I access the online course materials at my own pace, or are there specific deadlines to follow?

The online materials are an accompianment to the in-person classes.

You will be able to access each week’s online materials after that week’s class, so as not to overwhelm you.

By the end of the 4 week course, you will have access to ALL the online content, which you can use and rewatch whenever you wish.
