Hello, I’m Julie
I have always loved baking, first as a child with my mum, and then later with my own children. Fast forward to 2018, when I was running my own successful cake business, and started to teach cake decorating classes. This is when I found a true passion for sharing my knowledge with others.
As I talked to my students, I soon realised that so many lacked confidence in their skills, as well as themselves. This is what led me to develop my own style of teaching cake decorating, with an emphasis on increasing and boosting your self-confidence at the same time.
